People in villages have been made to understand that to be successful, one must go to a city to work. But a young man from a village has shown that it is possible to work from home and earn money using a computer. Questions like how money comes from freelancing are answered very interestingly by this young freelancer. Sometimes these questions seem funny, sometimes frustrating.
In Meherpur, around 800 young people have learned online freelancing from him without any cost. At the same time, he has guided them to become entrepreneurs in various ways. Some of them have already moved forward on the path of freelancing. Many of these trained youths have become financially independent.
To explain to the village people, he had to work with patience. He showed that one can work from home with a computer. Questions like how money comes from freelancing were answered with patience. These questions were sometimes amusing, sometimes discouraging.
Speaking about his own journey, he said:
“In the beginning, people in the village used to ask—what do you do? What is your profession? They couldn’t understand freelancing. They thought I was doing nothing and just staying at home. Many said I would fail. But I didn’t stop. I kept learning and working.”
He started his freelancing career through a basic graphic design course. At first, he worked on small tasks and gradually improved his skills. Later, he moved towards advanced work like website design, app development, and digital marketing.
Over time, he established himself and founded an organization called Unique Soft IT Institute. Through this organization, he has trained more than 250 young people, many of whom are now earning independently.
He says, “Why will I go outside? With skills, I can earn from my own home.” He believes that even in villages, it is possible to work globally with the help of the internet. Freelancing is not just a profession but a new way of thinking.
This young man from Meherpur district is now working to spread awareness and skills among rural youth. His goal is to empower young people so that they do not need to migrate to cities but can build their future from their own villages.
