    Seminar Organized by Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority at Jessore

    On April 19, 2015, the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority organized an important seminar at Jessore, focusing on the development, opportunities, and future potential of the Jessore Hi-Tech Park. The event aimed to inspire local entrepreneurs and highlight how the government’s digital initiatives are opening new doors for innovation and investment.

    The seminar was presided over by Khulna Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Abdus Samad as the chief guest, along with several senior officials and distinguished guests from the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.


    Discussion on Facilities and Opportunities

    During the seminar, representatives from the Hi-Tech Park Authority delivered detailed presentations on the objectives, infrastructure, and support mechanisms of the Jessore Hi-Tech Park.
    They explained:

    • How entrepreneurs can set up technology-based businesses within the park

    • The financial and infrastructural facilities available for startups and investors

    • Opportunities for obtaining loans and technical support under the government’s ICT development programs

    The session also focused on how the Hi-Tech Park will contribute to employment generation and the growth of the national digital economy.


    Recognition of Success

    In his keynote address, Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Abdus Samad highlighted the remarkable achievements of Munshi Jahangir Zinnat (Hirok), Founder & CEO of Unique Soft, as an inspiring example of digital entrepreneurship.

    He praised Mr. Zinnat’s contributions to the freelancing industry and his continuous efforts to create employment opportunities through ICT-based training and digital skill development in Meherpur and beyond.
