He began his professional journey as a Radio Frequency Engineer in a telecom company. However, his heart longed for freedom, creativity, and the thrill of self-driven success.

Inspired by his own transformation, Munshi founded UniqueSoftBD.com — an IT offshoring and training organization with a simple yet powerful vision:
To fight unemployment by providing free freelancing and outsourcing training to the unemployed youth of Bangladesh.
What began as a small initiative soon grew into a thriving community. Today, Unique Soft BD is home to over 2,500 members, has trained more than 2,000 individuals free of cost, and produced 672 successful freelancers who are now earning independently on various global platforms. The organization also boasts 78 in-house professional freelancers who work together on international IT projects.

Under his leadership, Unique Soft BD has expanded globally, establishing offshore branch offices in Australia, the USA, England, and India — a testament to the organization’s international reach and credibility.
