On this meetup, our Chairman, Munshi Jahangir Zinnat told these, he was the president of this meetup and he is also the president of Meherpur Freelancers’ Association. On September 2015, Unique Soft BD arranged another Meetup and Picnic to take internal decisions. On July meet up, our Chairman shared that he is thinking to make all these very professional and he wanted to serve more people. In this meeting Chairman declared that we are making different organizations for our different services we already have. Unique Soft BD’s training institute will form as a pure training institute, later on named Alternative School, a school from very different thinking and policies. Though we already develop some skilled people on web development, digital marketing, system administration and graphic design, so we will form another IT firm, later on named OBOYOB. Another eCommerce service named Meherpur Quick Bazar, to support IT firm another hosting company Durlov Hosting. Most importantly Unique Soft BD will remain nonprofit as always but we will stop it activities for few years to establish these news organizations first, after succession on these new organizations and handsome financially, we will start again with Unique Soft BD as a complete NGO.

All the members agreed with all these and they divided their tasks and discussed how these will be implemented and goal setup.

On July 2015, a team of Chuadanga DC Office visited Unique Soft BD. Chuadanga DC Office was interested about freelancing and they wanted to start freelancing institute at Chuadanga. They actually came here to get planning how they can start, what will be best process to make a people skilled and freelancer, how they can provide training and what will be the best time duration to make a people freelancer, what problems normally facing Bangladeshi freelancers and what supports Unique Soft BD can provide for them etc. our Chairman assured them, he will arrange some people from Chuadanga, those who already got training from Unique Soft BD and working well on marketplaces and other supports what they needed to start institute.

On June 2015, Unique Soft BD arranged Meetup, Picnic and Urgent Internal Meeting with the members of Unique Soft BD. On this meeting our Chairman announced that he is thinking to move all these activities on Unique Soft BD to make more professional and result focused. Unique Soft BD already became big and have good number of members there. So our different activities (departments) should be divided on different organizations. Most importantly only Unique Soft BD will remain Non Profitable, others all will be profitable. He also added that we already worked on different areas on social welfare and reduce unemployment, but those are not enough, and unfortunately countable, but now we are becoming big, we have to work for group of people, hundreds and thousands people will be recovered not only single one. Now we need more money to recover them, to make people employed etc. that’s why he is thinking to make more money and help much people.

Other members also shared their thoughts, suggestions about how we can do all these, how we can manage all these, who will be responsible etc.

On April 19, 2015 Hi Tech Park Authority arranged seminar on Hi Tech Park at Jessore. Our Chairman also was invited to attained on that seminar. There Hi Tech Park Authority described how Jessore Hi Tech Park will be, how entrepreneurs can get facilities to grow, how they will get loans etc.

On that Seminar Chief was Divisional Commissioner Abdus Samad. On his speech he maintained about success story of our Chairman, Munshi Jahangir Zinnat.

Recently Pabna Deputy Commissioner’s office arranged digital innovation fair on Chatmohor Upozilla, Pabna. That innovation fair were held for three days, January 23, 24, 25 2015. On that occasion there was a section for seminar on Freelancing. Our Chairman Munshi Jahangir Zinnat was invited as chief speaker. That was a great opportunity to Chatmohor people. Our Chairman cleared the opportunities of earning from internet, the basic concepts of freelancing, how someone can learn freelancing, how to get jobs from marketplace, how to withdrawal money from marketplace etc. there was also a question and answer session on that seminar. Our Chairman also give possible solutions of those questions. Even after completing seminar and so on. That was one of the meaningful seminar.
