Our Chairman first learnt about freelancing and started working as a professional. After getting potential from freelancing he started an organization named Unique Soft BD. Rajibul Haque (Correspondent of Independent Television): Why you chosen freelancing rather than other jobs?
Munshi Jahangir Zinnat (Unique Soft BD’s Chairman): I was at first in traditional job in Telecommunication Company, at the same time I got interested in freelancing and switched of my career in to freelancing. In this freelancing career I got independence and passion of my favorites. That’s why I came back to my native place and started working in this area.
Rajibul Haque: Why you started providing free training?
Munshi: I fell that, in freelancing no special educational quality is required at all, so I take the decision to educate them with special care thus they can be able to work independently. On this way 33 people already got their jobs on freelance marketplace.
Rajibul Haque asked to Ashraful Alam (Unique Soft BD’s General Manager): What potential you got on freelancing?
Ashraful: I am working from last year; The very thing which attracted me on this freelancing that, I can work independently, that’s why I am here with this profession.
Rajibul Haque asked to Sohel Rana (Member of Unique Soft BD): Why you chosen freelance?
Sohel Rana: It’s very easy to get job rather than other jobs, and my family have great financial problem. I am earning quite a bit from freelancing, now I am able to bear my pocket money, study costs as well as I am supporting my family also.
Independent Television also mentioned that if Unique Soft BD got donation from Bangladesh government, they will be able to support more people. That’s how they have the quality to solve unemployment problem in Bangladesh.
