Recently Chuadanga DC Office Team Visited Unique Soft, July 2015

In July 2015, a delegation from the Chuadanga Deputy Commissioner’s Office visited Unique Soft to explore opportunities for establishing a freelancing and digital skills training institute in Chuadanga.

The visit was part of the Chuadanga administration’s initiative to promote ICT-based employment and entrepreneurship among local youths. The team expressed strong interest in learning from Unique Soft’s successful model, which has already transformed many unemployed individuals into skilled freelancers and digital entrepreneurs.

Discussions and Objectives

During the visit, the delegation engaged in a detailed discussion with Munshi Jahangir Zinnat (Hirok), Founder & CEO of Unique Soft.
The conversation focused on several key topics, including:

• How to establish a freelancing training institute in Chuadanga

• The most effective curriculum and training structure for new freelancers

• The ideal duration required to make trainees fully marketplace-ready

• Common challenges faced by Bangladeshi freelancers and their practical solutions

• How Unique Soft could collaborate and provide support, guidance, and mentorship

Mr. Zinnat shared his organization’s experience and methodologies developed over years of successful freelancing training and community empowerment.
