About the Seminar Series
This seminar was part of a broader initiative by the Divisional Commissioner’s Office, which organized six similar training sessions across the Khulna Division. Among them, three sessions were held at the Divisional Commissioner’s Office, and one each at BL College, Khulna Government Girls College, and Khulna Public College.
Background and Ongoing Collaboration
The collaboration between Khulna Divisional Commissioner Mohammad Abdus Samad and Munshi Jahangir Zinnat (Hirok) began in February 2015, when the Commissioner visited Unique Soft BD’s office at Amjhupi Bazar, Meherpur, during an administrative tour. Impressed by the initiative to train unemployed youth for free, he expressed his willingness to extend the program across the Khulna region.
Inspiring the Next Generation
During his session, Munshi Jahangir Zinnat (Hirok) introduced the basics of freelancing, including how to start on global marketplaces, build client relationships, and achieve success through dedication and skill development.
As a successful freelancer and social entrepreneur, he has trained thousands of students through Unique Soft BD, many of whom are now working independently in various online marketplaces. His mission goes beyond personal success — he continues to provide free freelancing training locally and internationally through in-person sessions, Skype, and phone-based mentoring, empowering people to achieve financial independence and stability.
