Unique Soft Providing Financial Support to Tushar

Unique Soft is not only known for its contributions to the technology and freelancing sectors but also for its dedication to social welfare and community development. As part of its ongoing effort to empower underprivileged individuals, the organization has provided financial assistance to Tushar, a young man from Chandbill village, enabling him to become self-reliant through entrepreneurship.

Tushar, son of Habibur Rahman (a small business owner) and Kulshon Banu (a homemaker), discontinued his studies in class 9 due to financial hardship. Before receiving help, he worked as a day laborer and fisherman’s assistant. Recognizing his honesty, reliability, and determination, Unique Soft decided to support him with ৳340,000 (approximately $4,500) to start his own business.

With this financial aid, Tushar opened “Tushar Telecom” at Kolar Mor, Chandbill, Amjhupi. His business initially offered mobile balance refill services, and as profits grew, he expanded into selling SIM cards, handsets, mobile accessories, and cash transfer services.

Today, Tushar earns between ৳40,000 and ৳50,000 ($560–$660) per month, marking a significant improvement in his life and financial stability. The support was provided without strict repayment conditions—only a moral commitment to return the funds once his business became profitable. True to his word, Tushar has already begun repaying the assistance, allowing Unique Soft to reinvest in helping other individuals in need.

This initiative reflects Unique Soft’s belief that sustainable empowerment begins with opportunity, not charity. The organization remains committed to transforming lives through financial support, mentorship, and education—one person at a time.
